Durham House

The Bruderhof (German for “place of brothers”) is a Christian intentional community of families and singles who share their possessions and live together seeking to fully live out Jesus’ teachings in the Sermon on the Mount.

The Durham Bruderhof House was founded in 2015 and is located in the Trinity Heights neighborhood of Durham. It is home to a handful of members who share daily meals in our community dining room – we love hosting friends and neighbors, so please visit us!

Acts 2 at Duke: Since 2017, we’ve operated as an official campus ministry at Duke University. We welcome anyone who is seeking to find genuine purpose for their life, and we find practical ways to love each other and our neighbors. Visit the Acts 2 at Duke website for more information.
